Homeopathy, Parts Work and Suppression

In this episode we get very curious and explore IFS (Internal Family systems), a type of therapy (parts work), and it’s overlap with homeopathy. We discuss how cases can be looked at as different parts or layers, (animal, mineral, plant), how parts may determine remedy choice, the layers of healing and how homeopathy can create a sense of safety to bring up different parts to be healed.

We end with a powerful discussion on suppression in homeopathy. Is it possible, what this may look like and the connection of physical pain with suppressed emotions.
